About Us

This 7,000 square foot home fits 24 people comfortably. The mattresses are a thick gel top giving you a dreamy nights sleep. Plenty of room to spread out and 10 acres to play yard games in the summer or snowshoe in the winter. The pool, hot tub and sauna offer hotel style amenities and allow this home to be used year round. The pool and hot tub are indoors and heated year round.
Amenities
Year round heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. 10 acres of land, pond view and can be used for fishing. Fully stocked kitchen and all linens provided including pool towels.
Rates
The rate is $1,500 per night in the off season and $1,650 per night peak season with a 2 night minimum, plus a cleaning fee of $350. This rate is the same during each season for weekends and weekdays. The home rents close to a year in advance.

Unfortunately no. This property is not zoned for weddings or events. Please do not inquire about weddings.
Absolutely not. This home is an antique farmhouse and is only suitable for low key, family style retreats. I do not allow loud parties that could cause damage to the home or disturb the neighbors.
No, I allow special occasions to happen here, as long as the event is contained within the 24 people maximum that can sleep at the property. I cannot allow bands, DJ's, inviting additional guests outside of who is sleeping at the home. The home is rented for special family gatherings all the time. It just cannot turn into a large party with more than 24 people.
